The 12th Global Meet on Wireless and Satellite Communications will be held on December 17–18, 2025, in Paris, France, uniting global innovators, scientists, engineers, researchers, and industry leaders to explore the frontiers of communication technology. This prestigious event provides a dynamic platform for the exchange of groundbreaking ideas and cutting-edge research in the rapidly evolving domains of wireless networks, satellite systems, signal processing, and space-based communication infrastructure.

The 2025 edition of the Global Meet will spotlight the next wave of transformative advancements—from 6G and terahertz communication to satellite internet constellations, AI-powered networking, quantum connectivity, and IoT-driven ecosystems. With a comprehensive program of keynote sessions, technical paper presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and networking forums, the conference fosters interdisciplinary dialogue and international collaboration. Attendees will have the opportunity to present their research, learn from leading experts, and forge strategic partnerships that advance both theory and practice in wireless and satellite technologies.

Conference Agenda

Registration & Kit Collection: The conference begins with the registration process, where all delegates are invited to sign in, collect their ID badges, conference kits, and official agendas. Our team at the welcome desk will assist with any on-the-spot queries. Early arrival is recommended for a seamless check-in experience.

Inaugural Session & Opening Remarks: The conference will be formally opened with a welcome address by the Organizing Committee. Following this, distinguished keynote speakers and honored guests will deliver inaugural talks to set the tone for the sessions ahead. A group photograph session will conclude the ceremony.

Scientific Sessions & Technical Presentations: Participants will proceed to parallel breakout sessions according to their track of interest. Designated halls and timings will be provided for oral and poster presenters. Speakers are requested to submit their final presentation files (ppt/pdf) at the respective session room 15 minutes before their slot.

Each session will consist of insightful talks, live Q&A, and expert-led discussions. Poster sessions and e-poster displays will run concurrently. In addition, selected industry demonstrations or video briefings may be included in dedicated time blocks.

Networking Breaks & Poster Walks: Scheduled tea/coffee breaks between sessions offer an excellent opportunity to interact with fellow delegates, speakers, and exhibitors. Poster walks and tabletop exhibits will be accessible during these times for focused engagement.

Conference Lunch & Awards Ceremony: All registered participants are invited to enjoy a networking lunch. On the final day, the closing session will include certificate distribution, best presentation and poster awards, and a special appreciation note to all contributors. Informal meet-and-greet sessions will follow for extended collaboration opportunities.

Optional Activities: Delegates may also opt to participate in guided city tours or technical visits (subject to prior registration). Details will be announced closer to the event.
